How many days until Christmas? I still don't have a tree!?!

I am sorely behind in all my duties. I am a terrible human.

J calls me this morning and decides that the gifts that I bought for her friends are not enough and I need to spend more.

She will be sad to hear that my pocketbook is closed for business.

Poor thing......NOT!

I am just not feeling the season. I have been so busy with work and since the boycott of all things "Christmas" in the media - I am not feeling the "Happy Holiday" or the "Season Greeting".

I hope I can get the feeling started. I guess a trip to the mall is in order to get that feeling I need.

You know the one. The desperation, the guilt, the total need to buy an item that you hope the person doesn't put in their regift pile.

I think some eggnog may be in order. With an extra splash of rum.

Maybe that will make me feel a bit more jolly or worse case...Make me want to settle in for a warm winters nap.
