Hurry!

I hope the New Year hurries its little ass here this has been a doozy of a year and I can only hope it gets better.

My parents are in town and I am so happy about that.

I don't want them to leave. I feel very safe when they are around.

I am totally alone in a lot of things in my life right now and it's so nice to feel like I have someone - anyone on my side.

On a sweet note - Spike is doing well. Likes his cage and sometimes actually poops outside.

I got him originally because he was one of the docile ones in the bunch. But - like all puppies he must have been tired that day. He likes biting and nipping and chewing and running around...A lot. So needless to say he has been quite a handful.

But - he has been a great diversion from all the crap.

So - Happy Holiday - Merry Christmas and all the rest. Don't want to leave anyone out but I cannot spell half the holidays this month that will be celebrated.

I will not Bah-Humbug but I will gracefully (see get drunk) and sleep my way thru the New Year!

Maybe I will be in a better mood when I return and I see what I got under the tree.
